With its new range of Phoenix stoves flying off the shelves Woodworm Stoves is well-placed to supply French homes with all the heating they need this winter.
SINCE 1974 Woodworm Stoves of Devon, in the UK, has been producing high quality, high efficiency multi-fuel and wood-burning stoves. Steve Abbott, helped by his wife, Tina, are the official dealers in France.
This year, to expand the company's range further, it is introducing the new Phoenix collection of contemporary stoves to complement the already popular classic range.
'These new stoves range from 4kw to 6kW output with freestanding and insert models, and offer a modern look to contemporary spaces that give up to 84.3% fuel efficiency on wood," said Steve.
"The very first of these new stoves was completed in July before being dispatched to France - and we received many orders since then."
while the company is busy dealing with enquires about the new range, it continues to produce the popular classic range of Fireview stoves.
'These, like their new sibling, are fully controllable, stay in all night and the high quality air wash system keeps the glass clean; added Steve.
The outputs of the Flrevlew range are from 6kW through to an astonishing 20kW - one of the highest for wood burning stoves. They are available as single view or double view with various combinations of boilers, enabling a central heating system of up to 20 kws.
Customers can choose to have stands or plinths to raise the heights for taller fireplaces, if needed. or for log storage - and here are several different colours to choose from.
All Woodworm stoves are made to order and are hand finished - they also come with a ten-year guarantee. The excellent customer service given by the company, along with the high quality stoves, means that the business receives many word of mouth recommendations, which turn into new orders.
"People who have invested in a Woodwarmstove tell us that it does exactly what it says in the brochure "said Steve. 'Reports are already coming hack that they are knocking the spots off other well-known stoves.'°
Tina added: "We have used Woodworm Stoves for the last 15 years and wouldn't be without one. Being a typical woman [ need warmth in winter and these fit the bill because they are user friendly and controllable I can open the air control lever in the morning and by the time i've put the kettle on the fire is back."
Steve, a professional heating engineer with more than 30 years' experience, is always available to discuss heating requirements, such as the sizing of stoves, chimney requirements or any other technical information with customers.
